At Robert Quinn Consulting we use the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver our training courses. Docebo is an award-winning, easy to use LMS, which not only ensures that the delivery of the e-Learning courses to your staff is seamless, but if you choose our premium training package, it also allows you to track who has taken, completed and passed their training, amongst other features.
As part of our premium training package, one member of your staff can become a ‘Power User’ administrator within the LMS. This means access to a dashboard where you will be able to see a summary of activity across your firm. From the dashboard you can also access the personal accounts of all your staff, meaning that you can check on their progress and individually allocate them training courses that you have purchased from us.
As an administrator you will be also able to use the report function within our LMS. This will enable you to download a full summary of the activity of the users within your firm, easily identifying who hasn’t completed their courses. You can also create your own custom report, if you need to provide data for board meetings, for example.
You can also use the LMS to send reminders to those employees who have not started or who have failed to complete training courses. Using the notification function you can send emails directly to your employees using your email address. The LMS will identify those members of staff who haven’t completed courses for you and ensure they all receive a reminder.
